Cancellation Window
Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for full refund.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations submitted within 48 hours may be converted to a rescheduled session credit.
Digital Delivery
After roadmap materials are delivered, partial refunds may be considered according to completed milestones and unused components.
